The Heartland Automotive Career Path
Lube Technicians perform the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change as well as other automotive services, with a focus on our guests’ needs and expectations. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success. Every Lube Technician receives comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University℠, an award-winning training program, to become a Certified Lube Technician.
Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. By allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive needs and services, they help increase sales and build loyalty. The CSA is a Lube Technician who has successfully completed the CSA certification program through Jiffy Lube University℠.
Lead Customer Service Advisor
Lead Customer Service Advisors (LCSAs) are Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) who have demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to move up within Jiffy Lube. They are responsible for ensuring that Lube Technicians and CSAs provide a friendly and positive guest service experience, and coaching other Teammates to do the same. Additional training and development opportunities are provided through Jiffy Lube University℠ in order to advance their career.
Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Teammates are technically proficient and all certification standards are up to date. These are our resident experts who ensure quality workmanship to get our guests back on the road. Whether you come to us with automotive experience or you’ve developed your skills through Jiffy Lube University℠, our award-winning training program, we offer opportunities for advancement.
Assistant General Manager
Assistant General Managers are responsible for ensuring that all Teammates are consistently delivering a great guest experience at our Jiffy Lube stores. The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to increase store revenue and to build and cultivate an environment of accountability and professional development. Along with on-the-job training and job-related courses offered through Jiffy Lube University℠, Assistant General Managers have opportunities for advancement.
General Managers own the overall guest experience and oversee all operations at our Jiffy Lube stores. This includes creating an environment of accountability and increasing sales, controlling costs, managing profitability, satisfying guests, training and developing Teammates, maintaining the appearance of the facilities, protecting the assets of the company and ensuring that proper operational procedures are followed.
District Managers are responsible for setting clear goals and objectives across multiple Jiffy Lube locations within a given region. This position provides leadership and strategic direction to General Managers to ensure store financial performance and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.
Regional Vice President
Regional Vice Presidents ensure that all Teammates in given region are prepared, and equipped, to provide an exceptional guest experience while delivering the most efficient, highest quality service to all Jiffy Lube guests. This position is also responsible for the growth and profitability of a specific region by providing leadership and direction to the District Managers, General Managers and Teammates.
